Mister and Miss GAMU

Mister and Miss GAMU serve as student ambassadors to the university, in which they represent GAMU to prospective students and parents, as well as donors and external constituents. They are responsible for speaking at various engagements, in addition to conducting many programs to entertain and enhance the university community.

Mr. & Miss GAMU travels throughout the year to engage in personal appearances throughout the nation and amongst other HBCU’s royal courts. The principles that Mr. and Ms. GAMU honor are: Pride, Tradition, Excellence. In addition, they exude ethical leadership, appreciation of diverse cultures, and commitment to positive social change.

Each academic year, student contestants partake in various steps to compete for the prestigious title, including an interview, talent and themed speech.
